Featuring Walter Salles’ Oscar-winning film ‘I’m Still Here’ and Sandra Kogut’s documentary on Brazil’s 2022 elections, ‘At This Moment in the Nation’s Sky’, the episode highlights how filmmakers use cinema to preserve memory, challenge authorities, and defend democracy.

Thursday, April 17, at 12:15 PM – Fashion with a Conscience

The final episode of the series delves into Brazil’s fashion scene that embraces sustainability and cultural identity. Eve Jackson speaks with model Zaya Guarani and designer Airon

Martin, unveiling how the industry is evolving to protect the environment and celebrate Brazil’s Indigenous and Afro-Brazilian heritage amidst growing threats to the Amazon.
