France 24 awarded by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union at the Together for Planet, People, Peace Media Awards
France 24’s four-episode series, ‘Indigenous peoples and climate change,’ created by James André and Achraf Abid, has won the ‘People – Television’ prize at the Together for Planet, People, Peace (T4P) Media Awards. The prestigious award was announced by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) during its 8th Media Summit on Climate Action and Disaster Prevention, held in Bali on August 6-7, 2024.
Launched by ABU in collaboration with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the T4P Media Awards celebrate the journalistic productions that uphold the values of sustainability, inclusivity, and peace.
