France 24, the international news channel in English, is strengthening its presence in India thanks to a new distribution agreement with Tata Play, the country’s leading satellite pay-TV operator and one of the largest in the world.

Already distributed by the operator for several years, this new agreement makes the channel available in the English-language news channel package (channel 639) to the 20 million households subscribing to Tata Play. 

France 24 is now distributed to 80 million households in India through 450 distribution agreements.
